I'm very happy how the Steelers did in the draft and I was really surprised that they got Rashard Mendenhall but you know how the Steelers love to run the football and Willie Parker is coming off a serious leg injury and you saw what happened when they didn’t have a quality running back to back him up so that is one of the main reasons they got him and it will be a nice combination of backs. Steelers got everything they needed and hopefully they can just improve their line with everything they have now. They also got Limas Sweed that will take over where Plaxico left the Steelers. They also added Dennis Dixon that will give them solid QB depth and Dixson is athletic and fast enough that you can throw him in with some trick plays. I can’t wait to see how much bigger the rivalry is going to get between the Browns and Steelers in the years to come for the Browns have done a lot this off season outside of the draft.

Steelers sign a 7 year veteran C Justin Hartwig, who played for the Titans and just got done playing 2 seasons for the Panthers, to a 2 year contract. I hope this is a move to improve the o-line and not some wasted move. I know some people who read my blog could care less about this but I don't care that you don't care about some of the stuff I post at least I update it.

The Steelers resigned Chris Kemoeatu and Trai Essex for a one year contract in attempt to try and rebuild the steelers o-line for years to come and they were both back ups in the past but hopefully they figure something out.

I know this news is about a week and a half old but since I have had the time to mess around on the computer I just found out that on March 3rd Mewelde Moore to a 3 year contract with the Steelers so if Parker and Davenport get hurt they actually have a pretty good back up now. Hopefully the Steelers can replace Alan faneca and hopefully resing Max Starks or Trai Essex. Not unless if they are trying to get a whole new line that may do a better job protecting Big Ben. Yesterday the Steelers also signed Keyaron Fox who came from Kansas City Cheifs Fox is more of a Special teams player but I do not know how the Steelers plan on using him since we also have some LB's that are free agents as well.

IU beats purdue tonight 77 to 68. Although I wasn't able to catch the whole entire game because of intramural soccer but thats another story anyways, you do have to give Purdue credit. Purdue's 11 game winning streak was impressive until they lost tonight it is very similar to my computer as it will have a 11 good days and then my hard drive will crash but hopefully Purdue will be able to recover better then the computers I have had to deal with this year and I don't even know if this makes any sense. I'm just really tired of dealing with all my computer crap and hope I don't have any more problems and hopefully IU won't have anymore problems with coaches either.

I would have to say I am happy for Eli Manning winning Mvp because he took a lot of criticism over the course of the season but when it mattered most he was able to rise to the occasion and Win unlike some other quarterbacks like Rex Grossman but when its is all said and done Eli deserved Mvp and I am happy he got it but yet again his older brother still beat him to it.

Who is the better saftey between Troy Polamalu or Bob Sanders I mean clearly Troy Polamalu is. But I know a few people don't want to accept that. To be honest its not much of contest yeah Bob Sanders has potential and he is good but clearly Troy Polamalu is better. Bob Sanders is just getting more attention right now because the Colts D is not as good as the Steelers so that is why Bob Sanders get more attention on D because he makes the Colts D. But when its all said and done Troy Polamalu is the better safety!

USA pulled off the win from Mexico beating them 2-0 the first goal came from Jim Conrad who had a header from a corner kicked by Landon Donavan. In the 90th minute Landon Donavan sealed the deal with a break away goal. This is I would say be a good sign for US soccer. Ill try to pull up something tomarrow about the game hopefully something from youtube or something.

How upseting is it of the bears to lose to the colts, even though the bears aren't my first team they are my second. But I guess you have to give the colts some credit. But hopefully the Bears can get a new QB or something. To bad the bears couldn't win it instead it had to be da queers. I certainly don't think that Peyton should have got MVP Dominc Rhoades and Jospeh Addai had a much greater impact then peyton did it was all a popularity vote. And now i have to put up with it all week at school.

Colts or Bengals??

If the steelers would not have drafted Santanio Holmes, this play aganist cincy would have not happend and if the Bengals would have one could they be where the colts are right now? Even though the Steelers didn't have the best season they knocked their rivalery out of the playoffs so the Colts go pretty lucky but they will probably get crushed by the bears anyway. No special teams from any team can cover Devin Hester and he will be Superbowl XLI MVP. You can see th e play that ended the Bengals season and what Santanio Holmes will bring to Pittsburgh. Because I have not figured out how to post videos from you tube yet so it would be nice if someone could help me.
